Fairly clean hotel, very attentive staff, amazing location closest to market area. Location right by Chueca, the most lively area in Madrid with lots of restaurants, bars and nightclubs, Gran Via subway and a nearby restaurant. For tea or coffee visit Mama Ines nearby...

Room size on the smaller side with limited space for luggage or work. Street noise at night can be an issue. Absence of a kettle in the room is a downside for those who enjoy hot drinks in the morning.

I loved the room with jacuzzi, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were very attentive and amiable too.

the location is super convenient with many attractions within walking distance. the room was very small, so be prepared.

Great vibes, but noisy nights

The location was fantastic, surrounded by vibrant nightlife. I appreciated the friendly staff, especially Alex, who helped carry my stroller and provided great local tips.

Unfortunately, the street noise was overwhelming at night. While the room was clean, the shower felt cramped and could use an upgrade.

In my wife's opinion, the noise from the street was inconvenient for families. It would be great to have better soundproofing to ensure a restful sleep.

The Beautiful Triple Room was clean and modern, with comfortable beds, made it easy to get a good night's sleep. Loved having free bottled water every day-super convenient! The vibrant Chueca neighborhood adds a lively vibe, perfect for exploring. The shower was pretty compact, which might not be for everyone. The breakfast was off-site, so that was a little inconvenient.

The hotel is right near all the nightlife and has easy access to metro stations. Just know that breakfast is off-site, so be ready for a short walk. Definitely recommend grabbing a meal at the local restaurants nearby!

We had an issue with a strange sewer smell in the room that lingered , quite unpleasant.

The staff is notably cute, always available to assist with requests quickly. The bathroom is on the smaller side, leading to a cramped experience, and the noise from the nightlife can be quite distracting at times. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a delicious yogurt option, a nice touch to start the day.

the bathroom was on the small side (kind of tight! ). but the staff was super friendly and very helpful, they even got me a bottle of water! the location was just perfect, close to everything. the room was cleaned every day, which I appreciated!

I stayed at Jc Rooms Chueca for two nights, and I appreciated the excellent central location near Gran Via. The staff were helpful, particularly Alex, who provided local tips and assistance with my luggage. Although the room was compact, it was clean and functional were great. The bathroom, while small, had a nice shower with plenty of hot water.
